Primus OmniLite Ti Expedition Multifuel Stove

Primus OmniLite Ti Expedition Multifuel Stoves are based on the same technology as the award winning OmniFuel stoves but are smaller, lighter and much more fuel-efficient.

Being multifuel compatible, these stoves can run on almost all available liquid fuel types, even those that are found in the remotest parts of the world- LP gas, gasoline/petrol, diesel, kerosene, even aviation fuel. Exchangeable jet nipples optimise the use of each particular fuel keeping unburned exhausts to a minimum.

The wind proof burner allows the flame to adjust to blustery conditions, minimising the chance that a strong gust will extinguish the flame. Its output has been adapted for the new generation of fuel-efficient pots with heat exchangers, and the self-bleeding system for the fuel line and the Ergo fuel pump eliminates spills and flare-ups. The built-in preheating system and windscreen makes it very stable in extreme weather conditions and the steel sheathing of the fuel line also remains flexible in cold temperatures. The stoves large non-slip titanium stove supports fold flat and have wide leg supports for greater stability.

These OmniLite Ti stoves are ideal for anyone travelling to remote and extreme climates such as polar expeditions and high altitude mountaineering, where minimising the weight carried is essential. It can be combined with an OmniLite Ti Silencer for a quieter cooking experience if needed (available separately).

Most Primus camping gas stoves and multi-fuel expedition stoves come with a Lindal valve connector. This means they can be used with a fuel cannister/bottle that has a threaded resealable Lindal B188 valve. All the different versions of Primus gas mixes have this valve as do many other brands such as Coleman, GoSystem, and campingaz. In the technical tab for each stove we will list the valve used.

The Lindal valve cannot be used with pierceable gas cannisters.

In some countries (see map below) different valve systems are used. You may need to buy an adapter for your Lindal valve so you can use local gas cannister systems.
